🧠 How I Use AI to Run a Multi-Faceted Luxury Business (Without Losing My Mind)

A minimalist digital graphic featuring a laptop with "AI" on the screen, a soft world map background, and the Richard Jarocki logo—highlighting the global use of AI in content creation.

Let me be upfront:
Everything you’re about to read—these thoughts, these strategies, this perspective—it’s 100% me. These are my real workflows, my day-to-day processes, and the way I think about luxury travel, content, sales, and Formula 1 experiences.

But I’m not sitting down and typing every paragraph by hand. I use AI to polish what I already know—to clean up the grammar, tighten the language, and shape the tone so it reads the way it sounds in my head.

I’ve built a business around exclusivity, high standards, and premium client service. To keep pace, I’ve had to build an AI stack that works like an invisible team. Here’s exactly how I use AI to scale—and why I’ll never go back.

✈️ 1. Curating High-End Travel Experiences

Every custom itinerary I create—whether it’s a Michelin-starred food trip through Latin America or a luxury Grand Prix weekend in Brazil—starts with my personal knowledge of the destination. I’ve eaten there. I’ve stayed there. I’ve lived it.

Once I’ve mapped the vibe and the highlights, AI helps me:

  • Research updated menus, chef bios, and seasonal experiences
  • Draft the itinerary in a visually clean, structured format
  • Add polished copy around highlights, tips, and add-ons

What you get is a refined, high-touch experience document—designed by a human, cleaned up by tech.

📲 2. Email, SMS, and CRM Follow-Ups

I use GoHighLevel for my CRM, but AI is what makes it run like a real assistant. Once I’ve tagged a lead or recorded a voice note, I use AI to:

  • Write customized text or email follow-ups
  • Adjust tone based on how that person responded last time
  • Summarize call transcripts so I stay dialed in

It saves time, sure—but more importantly, it helps me stay personally present with every client, even as the pipeline grows.

📝 3. Writing Blog Posts Like This One

This blog? Started as a messy outline in my phone. I brain-dumped everything I wanted to say—then I used AI to turn it into clean copy.

Here’s the process:

  1. I write or voice-record my raw ideas.
  2. I tell AI to “make this clear, keep it direct, keep it me.”
  3. I revise, fact-check, and polish the final result.

If it reads like I’m talking directly to you, that’s because I am. AI just helps me hit “publish” faster.

📷 4. Social Media Content That Converts

My Instagram (@TheRealRichardJarocki) isn’t run by an agency. It’s curated by me—with help from AI.

How I use it:

  • Captions: I write the bones, AI sharpens the delivery.
  • Reels: I’ll sketch out a voiceover or hook, then have AI punch it up.
  • Hashtags: I rotate optimized sets by niche using AI trend analysis.

The goal isn’t to flood your feed—it’s to deliver high-quality, lifestyle-driven content that builds real interest in what I offer.

💰 5. Funnels, Ads & Landing Pages That Actually Convert

Most marketers overcomplicate this. I don’t.

Here’s how I build lean, high-converting funnels with AI:

  • Start with the offer (from me)
  • Use AI to write 3 versions of landing page copy (then A/B test)
  • Use AI to create video scripts broken into 30-, 60-, and 90-character formats
  • Let it optimize CTAs, ad headlines, and keyword targeting

That’s how I promote my São Paulo Grand Prix experience, affiliate products, and upcoming VIP events—all without hiring a copywriting team.

🧾 6. Operations, Sales, and Scaling

Running multiple ventures means juggling:

  • Contracts
  • Scripts
  • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Instead of writing them all from scratch, I use AI to:

  • Draft onboarding materials for new sales staff
  • Personalize contracts for collaborators or influencers
  • Build repeatable systems I can plug anyone into

It’s not about cutting corners—it’s about cutting dead weight.

🔍 7. Real-Time Market Research

I don’t guess what the market wants—I test it fast using AI.

Before launching any campaign, I use AI to:

  • Analyze Google search data and competitor websites
  • Review event trends (e.g. F1 ticket demand or resale pricing)
  • Explore niche keywords for luxury travel, exotic cars, and premium dining

This saves me from wasting time on ideas that won’t scale. If it checks out, I go all-in. If not, I pivot instantly.

🧠 But Here’s What AI Doesn’t Do

It doesn’t:

  • Replace my voice
  • Create my brand vision
  • Make decisions for me
  • Know what luxury feels like

That’s me. That’s my years of experience, my background in exotic car sales, my taste in food, wine, and travel, and my obsession with delivering something better than the average concierge package.

AI just helps me turn that into words, workflows, and conversions.

🔥 Final Word: AI Doesn’t Replace Me. It Amplifies Me.

Everything I share—on my site, on social, in my events—starts with what I’ve lived. AI doesn’t fake that. It just helps me deliver it better and faster.

If you're running a brand, managing leads, creating content, or planning anything high-touch:
AI won’t save you from doing the work. But it will make your time count.

And in this business—where speed, quality, and personal attention matter—that’s the difference between staying small and scaling smart.
